Community Food Access is a grassroots food justice initiative delivering fresh poultry and nutrient-rich poultry and vegetables directly to underserved communities across Metro Atlanta. We believe food is a human right and how we serve is just as important as what we serve.

We deliver quality produce and poultry, directly to housing sites for Older Adults and families.

We source from trusted local providers that reflect the needs of the people we serve. These providers range from local grocery stores, local wholesalers, to regional farmers.

Fresh & Culturally Familiar

 All poultry and produce are selected for freshness, nutrition, and cultural relevance, tailored to the needs of each community. Poultry is kept frozen and protected until delivery to ensure quality.

We show up with care. Our deliveries aren’t one-off; they're part of a trusted relationship with each community. Residents are given a elevated self selecting shopping experience. With beautiful baskets NO bulk cardboard boxes or unthoughtful predation.
