Community Food Access is a grassroots food justice initiative delivering fresh poultry and nutrient-rich poultry and vegetables directly to underserved communities across Metro Atlanta. We believe food is a human right and how we serve is just as important as what we serve.

Over 350,000 GA seniors lack grocery access.
We bring fresh poultry and vegetables directly to affordable housing, older adult communities, and food deserts—meeting people exactly where they are. We also offer frozen vegetables as a way of executing true health equity. Especially for our Older Adults who are aging solo.

We source from trusted local providers that reflect the needs of the people we serve. These providers range from local grocery stores, local wholesalers, to regional farmers.
All poultry and produce are selected for freshness, nutrition, and cultural relevance, tailored to the needs of each community. Poultry is kept frozen and protected until delivery to ensure quality.
We show up with care. Our deliveries aren’t one-off; they're part of a trusted relationship with each community. Residents are given a elevated self selecting shopping experience. With beautiful baskets NO bulk cardboard boxes or unthoughtful predation.
